I help women who've been given a diagnosis but not a plan — using a comprehensive body systems assessment to identify exactly what needs attention and build a practical, personalised nutrition protocol around it.
You've sat in that appointment. You've described the fatigue, the bloating, the brain fog, the afternoon crashes. Maybe you got bloods done. Maybe they came back "normal." Maybe you were told to eat better, manage your stress, lose a bit of weight.
And then you left with absolutely nothing. No meal plan. No explanation of what's actually happening in your body. No next step beyond "try to eat more vegetables."
So you tried. You Googled. You bought a programme. You cut things out. You added things in. Nothing stuck — because nobody looked at what was actually going on underneath.
That's the gap I fill.
Most nutrition advice starts with food. I start with your body.
Before I recommend a single dietary change, I need to understand which of your body's systems are under strain. That's why every client begins with a comprehensive assessment — a detailed evaluation across 16 areas of function including digestion, blood sugar regulation, liver and gallbladder, adrenal health, thyroid, mineral balance, and immune function.
A detailed questionnaire evaluating 16 areas of function. Your scores reveal which body systems need attention first — taking the guesswork out of where to start.
A non-invasive test that shows mineral imbalances, toxic load, and metabolic patterns at a cellular level — things that standard blood tests often miss entirely.
Advanced analysis that reveals what's happening in your gut — the organ that influences everything from energy and mood to inflammation and immunity. We discuss which test suits your budget and situation.
Together, these give us a complete picture. Not assumptions. Not trends. Your actual data.
Complete the full body systems assessment online. I review your results, identify your top 3 priority areas, and walk you through what they mean on a 30-minute video call.
You leave with clarity on what's actually driving your symptoms and whether deeper support would help. No obligation, no pressure — just answers.
For women who want the complete picture and a plan built around it. Includes your full body systems assessment, HTMA and/or gut microbiome testing, a personalised nutrition protocol targeting your priority systems, six fortnightly coaching sessions, a mid-point reassessment to track progress, and a GP-ready summary if applicable.
This is the work that moves the needle.
In 2006, I was diagnosed with lupus. The medical system gave me medications that caused side effects. Nobody mentioned food — not once. The advice that changed everything came from a pharmacist who told my mother to change my diet. We made simple, consistent changes. By 2013, the hospital said I no longer had the antibodies. It's now 2026 and lupus has not returned.
That experience taught me that the most useful health guidance often falls through the cracks of the medical system. People deserve more than a prescription and a vague instruction to "eat healthily."
I'm Anestia Jack — a Certified Nutrition Coach, trained in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, gut microbiome test interpretation, and mineral balancing. I don't sell supplements. I don't work against your GP. I fill the gap that medical care leaves.
